Meet Chef Junjun

JunJun de Guzman has been a chef for more than 15 years, taking his culinary studies in Manila with the Mark and Maryann Peregrine of Le Cordon Bleu London. He has recently finished training at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York and at the American Baking Institute in Kansas.

He has gone through all facets of cooking from working and training abroad, catering, opening a cafe, consultancy, food styling and now for six years has been a professional instructor in cuisine and pastry. He shares his life experiences in the kitchen and elsewhere for readers to learn, laugh or simply look at.
