hi chef. i was a part of the recently concluded skills class batch 20. for the legacy buffet, i almost bribed the executive chef to include me in the pastry group. prior to the class, i did not cook but i was doing simple baking. after the skills class i have come to love baking even more. i hope to learn more from you in the future. maraming salamat po.
hi chefie just browsing your site……i missed everything specially helping you kasi ginagawa mo akong sous chef mo……nagpaparing noh hehehe!!! and also the calarames lam mo nah…………luv you mwah mwah!
hi chef junjun…its great to see u again..imiss the old days nun under mo pa ako sa baking…u still look the same after almost 6years…thanks for the business card..il text u oneday..i hope its your personal celphone number…by the way i never know ur real name until u gave me ur business card..hahaha…so jun jun pala stands for junior…=)…well i hope to read more blogs soon medyo matagal ka nang di nagsusulat pala…ingat lagi chef..imissu!
Hope you remember me =) Im here in dubai… well not in the kitchen (sad part) but still deals with kitchen(good thing) Check out our site http://www.dineoutemirates.com, the first online video guide on restaurants here and we plan to branch out dyan sa pinas but im looking for partners and contacts. My boss is willing to give me the franchise and hopefully start early next year. If you have time to take a look at it please do.
Anyway on the kitchen part, I had the chance to meet great chef here ( Michelin Stars) and got some good experience on some top restaurants as well. Lucky me I had the chance to eat also (hehe tumaba na nga ako e).
As a testimonial, Honestly I hate baking when I enrolled at CACS… I dont have the patience to wait and to measure everything. But after taking the class here I am baking almost every off day I have. Carrot banana cake is my fave. Loved it … Actually just tweaked it a little bit and got some good results… thankfully medyo mura cream cheese dito kaya mas marami frosting nalalagay ko =). Ive got orders and thinking to go full time on it hehehe…. Anyway just to say thankyou for unleashing the passion, for giving the time to share and patience sa kakulitan namin noon (hehehe).
Hi chef Junjun. How are you na? Nice blog you got here. Not sure if you remember me, I was one of your staff back in your days at cafe a-go-go. Anyway im taking culinary arts now hopefully becoming a chef like you.
